1. Explosion-proof motor shall not be dismantled at will; when dismantling and repairing, the explosion-proof surface of the part shall not be used as the fulcrum of the crowbar, and it is not allowed to knock or impact the explosion-proof surface.
2. When disassembling the motor, the construction personnel should first remove the hood and fan, then use the casing wrench to remove the bolts of the end cover and the bearing cover, and then use the round or copper rod to impact the shaft extension in the axial direction, so that the end cover and the machine Separate the seat and finally remove the rotor. Remove the parts, the explosion-proof surface should be placed upside down, and covered with rubber or cloth pad, then tighten the bolts, spring pads, etc., do not lose.
3. When performing motor dipping and assembly work, the insulating paint or dirt attached to the explosion-proof surface should be cleaned. Remember to never use hard objects such as iron to scratch, but you can use oil stone to grind uneven places.
4. If the explosion-proof surface is damaged, we must use lead-tin solder HISnPb58-2, the flux is 30% hydrochloric acid (for steel parts) or tin-zinc solder containing 58~60% tin, the flux is ammonium chloride 30 %, zinc chloride 70%, adding water 100~150% mixed solution (for cast iron parts) for welding. In addition, the combination of solder and parts should be firm, and the raised parts should be flattened to achieve the specified finish.
5. In order to prevent the explosion of the explosion-proof surface, we should apply oil or 204-1 displacement anti-rust oil on the explosion-proof surface.
