According to the performance of industrial sewing machines, our country has proposed a set of DSP-based permanent magnet synchronous motor control system design. The functions and implementation methods of the key parts are introduced in detail. The circuit schematics are designed, the system software and hardware design and system installation are completed. The performance of the prototype system is tested. At the same time, the requirements of wide speed range and high positioning accuracy of the servo motor system are also well realized, and the market competitiveness of the product is also enhanced.
The two cores of the servo motor system are as follows:
When we use a servo motor, we must of course know its structure, system and performance. The servo is the meaning of follow-up. The servo motor is the follow-up control of the position speed or torque of the motor according to the command signal.
The servo motor system can be divided into two parts: servo drive and servo motor. Small AC servo motors generally use a permanent magnet synchronous motor as a power source, and a DC motor as a power source, but have been used less frequently.
In the early days, DC motors were used because the torque characteristics of DC motors were better than those of AC motors. Because of the development of modern frequency conversion technology, the torque characteristics of AC motors are close to the torque characteristics of DC motors, and DC motors are difficult to maintain. Therefore, DC motors are gradually replaced by AC motors.
